Abstract




This thesis tend to show which are the most oustanding values in the career of Physical Education ́s university profesors of the National University of Tucumán, working in general with relevants data from the practising graduetes and in particular whit the female students of the subject Gymnastic II.


The fundamental problem is abaout the sistematic way that the student persists in responding the teachings with a limitate comprehension of the instructions. Because of this, they have great difficulty in their own expression, which is a basic tool for their practices as students first and as teachers later.


The most importants values that have been choosen to observe in this study are those that the classical Theory of Value classified as superiors or spirituals: the aesthetics, logicals and ethicals values, conside- ring that the last one have a direct effect over the first ones.


This selection is not casual, since we consider that the human being should be looked at, from a mo- nistic and integral point of view. Thus this values summarize: knowing how to think, the feeling directed to the common good and the motor expression from the beauty.


These dimensions are capable to guide the future teacher to a humanistic conception of their peda- gogical labor.
