Abstract

Following work refers to the practitioner, subject of teaching, practice area located at the end of the teaching careers. This subject is experiencing while a transitional role: student, practitioner, teaching. This person is the center of two institutions: the trainer and the recipient. In this context should make decisions about schools in which practiced; teachers that give classroom; own class; curriculum; evaluation, etc.; in this instance of practice un derstood as a complex, the subject practitioner falls within a framework of conditionality and at the same time builds its iden-tity as a teacher. What are the possibilities and limits of the situation?
