This article analyzes the appropriation of the hybrid classroom at the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FaCEP) of the National University of Comahue (UNCo) as a strategy to promote internationalization at home and foster regional integration. From a critical and situated perspective, it examines how this socio-technical device enables or limits inclusive and collaborative practices. The qualitative research, conducted between 2023 and 2025, combined interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the hybrid classroom generates diverse appropriations, reshapes university teaching, and enables emerging practices of internationalization at home, while facing institutional and cultural challenges. It concludes that, when supported by clear policies and a culture of cooperation, hybridity can become a structural vector for a critical and inclusive internationalization from the Global South.
