Teaching work: new (other) reconfiguration modes in the province of neuquen

Abstract

This article is about teacher`s work: their particularities and configurations, which are analyzed in teachers’ voices of middle school in Neuquén Province, in a thesis of mastery work. Semi structured interviews were realized to teachers of three middle schools of Neuquén, information that were analyzed From a qualitative approach where they registered, in teachers voices, the access to teaching as a “pragmatism” matter , as well as they raised several senses about their working conditions and their material and symbolic recognition. From these senses, we consider that several ways of positioning as teachers are configured, in which, “new (others) teachers” are formed in a frame work of a particular social and economic regulation in organization of work.
