Abstract

In this article we analyze if the transformation of the organization happened between the 90s and 2000 in Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales (YPF) was accompanied of gender changes. Especially, we wonder if the change of the organization modified the masculine profile of a firm and, if the new labor careers stimulated by the company saw accompanied of changes in the interaction that the males have with his companions of work women, propitiating modifications in his generic representations.
