Abstract

Something insists on the need for a diagnosis of current events in the works the authors share with us in this issue of our journal. Violence, defamation, attacks on the State and, consequently, on institutions, attempts to reduce and empty of content, and to obliterate ideologies, are part of the landscape of our society today. Punitiveness kills preventive action, kills care in the context of our childhood and adolescence, whether as an objective or as an effect, based on absolutely targeted public policies.
