Beneficios del trabajo de fuerza en tierra para la natación

Abstract
Introduction: Strength training on land for swimming in the sport of triathlon in athletes from the KONA Club can be beneficial for their performance. Objective: Apply a training program on land focused on the development of strength, to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the athletes, and from there generate a detailed planning that allows the athletes and the club to achieve beneficial results. Methodology: Systematic review of different databases, identifying 37 functional articles, of which 7 final ones were selected for the realization of said project; Likewise, the scope was exploratory, with an experimental classification, a quantitative cross-sectional approach. Conclusions: Benefits were found thanks to the strength work in the athletes of the KONA club, being starting points for new investigations.
