Abstract
Presentation of the Dossier
“Everything with us, nothing without us” is the slogan coined by the movement in defense of the rights of people with disabilities. This expression alludes to the fact that no action, decision or intervention involving people with disabilities should be made without a consultation process and their participation. It takes up Article N°4 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which establishes that state policies must consider instances of consultation with the organizations that work with, by and for them.
