Mobbing maternal: un flagelo que sufren algunas trabajadoras de la administración pública de la provincia de Corrientes

Resumen

Este trabajo aborda la violencia laboral por razón de embarazo que sufren algunas trabajadoras del sector público de la provincia de Corrientes. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la situación de las trabajadoras estatales de dicha provincia durante y después del embarazo como circunstancia generadora o agravante de discriminación y violencia laboral e identificar y analizar las tensiones, los problemas y consecuencias en la relación maternidad y trabajo. Para lograr este objetivo, durante el mes de agosto y septiembre del año 2018 se realizaron entrevistas a mujeres que fueron madres mientras se encontraban trabajando en el sector público de la provincia de Corrientes, para dar cuenta que si bien el mobbing maternal es menos frecuente que lo sufran las trabajadoras no deja de estar presente en ciertos organismos estatales y que provoca consecuencias graves tanto para la madre como para el feto.
